Sanjay Kumar joins King Stubb & Kasiva

King Stubb & Kasiva has announced that Sanjay Kumar has joined the firm in Mumbai as a pharma and life sciences partner. In a career stretching over two decades, Kumar has been involved in a number of pharma transactions, pharma advisory, life sciences strategies and regulations, intellectual property issues and other intricate issues involving pharma regulators both in India and globally. He has assisted senior advocates and counsels as the lead briefing attorney on numerous cases, including those involving international arbitration, anti-trust, commercial disputes, copyright infringement and others.
