Natalie Zwar promoted to special counsel at Gilbert + Tobin

Natalie Zwar has been promoted to special counsel at Gilbert + Tobin in Sydney, where she is an intellectual property litigator.
Zwar has more than a decade of experience acting for clients across a broad range of IP and technology disputes covering copyright, trademarks, passing off and related trade practices law, confidential information, data protection and cyber security.
She has particular interest in copyright and data protection including entertainment assets (music and film), software, databases and investigations of data misuse.
The promotion was part of Gilbert + Tobin’s mid-year promotion round, which saw three promotions to the firm’s corporate advisory and banking and projects groups, and will become effective July 1, 2025.
