Mark Hughes Joins Eversheds Sutherland

Mark Hughes has joined the Eversheds Sutherland Hong Kong disputes practice from Slaughter and May. Hughes joins the firm as a litigation partner, with a strong reputation for managing complex, high-stakes litigation in the Hong Kong and wider-APAC market. He also has significant experience across international arbitration, proceedings before specialist tribunals, and in internal investigations and local and cross border investigations by criminal and regulatory authorities. He led Slaughter and May’s disputes practice in Asia since arriving in Hong Kong in 2010. Eversheds Sutherland’s litigation and disputes group in Hong Kong now boasts a team of 18.
