Jianjun Tang has joined King & Wood Mallesons in Suzhou as a partner, where he specializes in intellectual property litigation, especially dispute resolution in trademark and unfair competition.
With nearly 30 years of extensive experience in intellectual property matters, Tang has expertise in a full range of legal services including brand protection strategy planning, domestic and international trademark registration, trademark management, trademark exercise, trademark civil and administrative litigation, copyright and domain name registration and dispute resolution, and anti-unfair competition. He has assisted a large number of organizations in developing trademark layout and protection strategy and resolving intellectual property disputes over, among others, trademark grant and confirmation, trademark infringement, unfair competition and new plant variety rights, covering a broad spectrum of areas including fast moving consumer goods, electronics, education, retail, biopharmaceuticals, the Internet, regional public brand protection, and protection of geographical indications.
Tang joined the firm from the Jiangsu Jianwen Law Firm.
