Gaurav Sahay has joined HSA Advocates in Bangalore as a partner in the firm’s corporate and M&A practice. Sahay has more than 13 years of experience in advising various domestic and multinational clients on a wide range of legal issues including corporate and commercial laws, antitrust/competition, intellectual property, securities, insurance and environmental laws. He also advises on contract management, risk management, cloud transactions, data privacy and real estate sector. He has a strong focus on technology-related transactions and is skilled in drafting technical agreements, as well as SLAs, intermediary logistics, technology and IP licensing, annual maintenance and similar commercial arrangement related agreements. He joins HSA from Kochhar & Co., where he was a partner.
