Ameet Kaur Purba joins LAW Partnership

Ameet Kaur Purba has joined intellectual property and technology practice group at the LAW Partnership in Kuala Lumpur, where she is a partner.
Purba has 20 years of experience in practice, including domestic and cross-border disputes and transactions encompassing varied IP trademark prosecution, enforcement, litigation, and regulatory advice, and global IP portfolio management in the life sciences and oil and gas industries. She has actively provided regulatory advice to stakeholders in the life sciences industry. She is well-versed in data protection laws and manages IP due diligence for leading international companies with worldwide presence.
She joins from Shearn Delamore & Co., where she was a partner, and is the immediate past president of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), Malaysian Chapter.
LAW Partnership is the Malaysia affiliate office of Eversheds Harry Elias.
