Overview

The firm was founded in 1952 as a general law firm and renamed Tai E in 1976. With about 280 staff members with various backgrounds of expertise, our firm has developed into a highly respected international intellectual property (IP) law firm, providing a full range of IP services. Over the past 60-plus years, Tai E has grown from a "one-man practice" to a major international law firm. We currently provide a full range of IP services in Taiwan and China to our clients in over 120 countries and over 100 jurisdictions worldwide. Although we have faced and overcome many challenges, one thing remains the same: our firm commitment to professionalism, excellence, and faithful service to our clients.
