Seo-young Lee is head of the chemical, bio & pharmaceutical group at NAM IP Group, specializing in chemicals, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and polymers. Her practice covers patent prosecution, appeals, invalidation actions and strategic IP counseling.
Lee handles patent term extension applications for pharmaceuticals and pesticides and provides validity and freedom-to-operate opinions on vaccine and antibody patents. She also advises international pharmaceutical clients on Green Book listings and patent linkage regulations before the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS).
