Charmaine H. Lim (“Charms”) is the managing partner of Gulapa & Lim (Gulapa Law). She obtained her Juris Doctor degree (with honours) from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2010 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2011. Her practice areas include corporate and M&A, projects and infrastructure, energy, intellectual property and technology, media and telecommunications.
