Janak Bhandari is an advocate practising in the field of intellectual property law in Nepal for more than 25 years. He is head of litigation department of his firm, Janak IP, and has handled several intellectual property-related cases before the High Court and Supreme Court of Nepal for his international and local clientele. Bhandari is the author of several articles related to intellectual property law in Nepal. As well, he speaks at many international and domestic conferences about the intellectual property system of Nepal.
