Janak Bhandari is an advocate who has been practising in the field of intellectual property law in Nepal for more than 25 years. He is head of litigation department of his firm, Janak IP, which is also known as Janak Bhandari & Associates, and has handled several intellectual property-related cases before the High Court and Supreme Court of Nepal for his International and local clientele.
Bhandari is author of several articles related to intellectual property law in Nepal. As well, he often speaks at international and domestic conferences about the intellectual property system of Nepal.
