Overview

Jyoti Kaur, managing partner at Lall & Sethi, is an advocate registered with the Bar Council of India since 2006. With experience of around 19 years, her practice focuses on overall IP enforcement, brand protection and prosecution for both domestic and international clients. She specializes in portfolio management, civil and criminal enforcement, branding strategies, anti-counterfeiting, due diligence, licensing, etc. for a wide range of clients, including leading confectionery companies, FMCGs, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, companies in the agriculture sector, etc. 

Kaur is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Intellectual Property Attorneys Association (IPAA).
