Holding a Ph.D. in applied sciences, Dr. Wilson adeptly navigates both technical and legal issues. She represents clients before various legal authorities, including the Indian Patents, Designs and Trademark Office, the Plant Variety Authority, the National Biodiversity Authority, and judicial courts across India.

An active member of several international organizations, Dr. Wilson serves as an Executive Committee Member of the India chapter of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) and represents India on its Emerging IP Rights Committee. She was appointed as a UN Consultant to develop a training manual on IP management and technology transfer licensing with ESCAP-APCTT and has contributed to the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) Committee for IP management and commercialization guidelines.

Dr. Wilson is a recognized thought leader, having received accolades such as IAM Strategy 300 and IAM Patent 1000 recommendations. She is affiliated with numerous professional bodies, including the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI).
