Overview

Dr. Neeti Wilson is a seasoned intellectual property strategist with deep expertise in IP management, protection and commercialization. She advises clients on licensing, portfolio development, oppositions, revocations and infringement matters, aligning IP strategy with business goals. Her interdisciplinary background – spanning science, law and corporate governance – enables her to navigate complex technical and legal landscapes with precision. 

She represents clients before key Indian authorities including the Patents, Designs and Trademarks Office, the Plant Variety Authority, the National Biodiversity Authority and judicial courts.  

Wilson was appointed as a UN Consultant to develop a training manual on IP management and technology transfer licensing for ESCAP-APCTT. She also contributed to the ICAR Committee on IP commercialization guidelines. 

Recognized in the IAM Strategy 300 and IAM Patent 1000, Wilson is affiliated with AIPPI, APAA, FICPI and other global IP organizations. Her recent engagements include speaking at international conferences and leading workshops on IP strategy and technology licensing.
