Overview

Shengping Yang is vice president of Zhifan IP Attorneys. He has specialized in electrical and electronic engineering patents since 2001 after nine years working in engineering fields. With over 20 years of practice in intellectual property, his practice covers matters including patents, industrial designs, trademarks, copyright, domain names, etc.

Mr. Yang has extensive experience in drafting patent specifications for inventions in a diverse range of technologies, as well as filling and prosecuting patent applications in China. He has acted for clients in trade matters in China and other countries, including filling applications as well as handling pre-registration trademark opposition proceedings and post-registration trademark cancellations proceedings.

Mr. Yang also keeps intensive cooperation with patent and trademark attorneys from the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea and other countries all over the world, which is an exceptional benefit for clients doing international business or seeking international protection on their inventions and innovations.
