Wu has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in over 10,000 trademark prosecution and litigation cases, many of which have been recognized as excellent cases by the China Trademark Association. The Kyocera trademark was officially recognized as a well-known mark through the judicial process of opposition review and administrative litigation, which she skilfully handled. Additionally, she successfully obtained a compensation of up to Rmb3 million (US$412,500) for her Japanese client in the trademark infringement and unfair competition disputes that she actively participated in.
Wu has actively contributed to the drafting and revision of China’s trademark law and related regulations on multiple occasions, while also holding significant positions in both domestic and international intellectual property organizations. Wu’s professional articles have been featured in renowned domestic and international media outlets, including China Intellectual Property magazine and MIP. She has also been invited to speak on brand and trademark-related topics at various professional summits both domestically and abroad, such as the China International Trademark Brand Festival and the China-U.S. Intellectual Property Summit Forum.
Wu has extensive experience working in a Japanese office from 2005 to 2010, during which she conducted comprehensive research on Japanese trademark law and the comparative analysis of Chinese and Japanese trademark systems. Wu became a member of Lung Tin in January 2012.
