Overview

Justin Phua Thien Wei graduated from the University of York with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) in July 2016. He completed the Bar Professional Training Course in City, University of London and is a member of Lincoln’s Inn, London, having been called to the English Bar in November 2017. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor in Brunei Darussalam in October 2018. He has completed the JPO/PR Training Course for IP Practitioners in 2021 organised by the Japan Patent Office. He is principally involved in non-contentious matters involving areas such as conveyancing, corporate, banking, probate & administration and intellectual property; and also advises on corporate and commercial matters.
