Zaid Ibrahim & Co Names Nik Norzrul Thani Executive Chairman

Zaid Ibrahim & Co has named senior partner Nik Norzrul Thani executive chairman of the firm. He will assume this new role with effect from November 1. After more than 20 years as a partner with the firm, Lim Kar Han will retire as managing partner with effect from January 1, 2016, to be a consultant to the firm. “It is an honour to take on this role following Kar Han’s decision to retire from the partnership. Kar Han has been instrumental in our development over the past 20 years and on behalf of all partners, I would like to thank him for his invaluable contribution in shaping the firm especially our corporate practices and for his mentoring of our lawyers,” said Thani.
