US Based Harris & Moure Has New Office in Ulaanbaatar

United States based Harris & Moure has opened an office in Ulaanbaatar. Russell Murphy, who has extensive experience working as an attorney, investor, and entrepreneur with early-stage and middle-market companies in North America and Asia, will head the office. Murphy’s areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business entity formation, and intellectual property protection. Murphy has been handling Mongolian legal and business matters since 2006.
Managing partner Charles Moure said that the Mongolia office is a logical next step for the firm, which has lawyers in Beijing and Qingdao, and which regularly assists clients doing business in Korea, Japan, and Vietnam.
“Developing countries such as Mongolia are becoming major players in the global economy,” said Moure.
