Tay & Partners Names Lee Lin Li IP Partner

Tay & Partners has named Lee Lin Li IP partner and Head of Intellectual Property & Technology. Lee has extensive experience in dealing with intellectual property rights including trademarks, copyright, patent and industrial designs, and the enforcement of these rights through the relevant government agencies, consumer laws, technology laws, domain name disputes, franchising, licensing, personal data protection and dispute resolution.
The move comes close on the heels of the firm’s recruitment of Lim Bee Yi, another partner who joined its IP team in March, says managing partner Tay Beng Chai.
