Scott Palmer Joins Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton As Partner
Scott J Palmer has joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as a partner in its IP practice group, based in the firm’s Beijing office. Palmer joined from Baker & McKenzie in Beijing, where he led that firm’s IP practice. Palmer manages China IP portfolios for numerous multinational companies, and advises complex IP litigation in China, as well as on trademark/copyright registration and enforcement strategy. He also handles anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy activities for a range of multinational clients.
 
Sheppard Mullin’s IP practice group includes 90 attorneys firmwide. The firm has 20 attorneys based in its Beijing and Shanghai offices.
