Sally Nicolson has been appointed to the role of special counsel at Griffith Hack. Nicolson is a lawyer and registered trademark attorney whose expertise lies in contentious and noncontentious work in relation to trademarks, anti-counterfeiting, copyright, confidential information, comparative advertising, passing off and the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) (particularly Part V consumer protection legislation). She also holds significant experience in acting on behalf of clients before the Federal Court of Australia.
