Rouse Has Announced Jacob Chen Will Head Its Dispute Resolution Team In Guangzhou

Rouse has announced that intellectual property litigator Jacob Chen will head its dispute resolution team in Guangzhou. An experienced lawyer and litigator in China, Chen has advised clients on both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, and represented international and domestic clients before the Chinese government authorities, Chinese courts, the China Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre and the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Centre. He worked with a law firm (Walker Morris) and Barristers’ Chambers (Hogarth Chambers) in the UK under the Lord Chancellor’s Training Scheme for Young Chinese Lawyers.
