Richard Grams Joins Cheung & Lee In Hong Kong

Richard Grams has joined the corporate department of Cheung & Lee in Hong Kong, which has an association with international law firm Locke Lord (HK). Grams has extensive experience representing clients on corporate and securities legal matters in China. He has also provided counsel to overseas companies on intellectual property infringement disputes in China. In recent years, he has advised on the acquisition of several electronics suppliers in China and a proposed joint venture between a publicly-listed US aircraft manufacturer and a Chinese state-owned company to produce components for China’s C919 civilian airliner.
