Pradhan & Associates Merges With Two Other Firms

Kathmandu-based Pradhan & Associates has merged with two other firms, Premier Law Associates and The Himalayan Lawyers to form Pradhan, Ghimire & Associates, the largest fully-integrated law firm in Nepal. Devendra Pradhan, Amar J. Ghimire and Saroj K. Ghimire are all equity partners; Pradhan is also managing partner. Pradhan has more than 24 years’ experience in various aspects of commercial law including aviation, banking and finance, project finance, energy, M&A, TMT, IP, international transactions. Pradhan is dual-qualified in Nepal and the US and has worked with law firms in New York and Washington. The firm has been advising foreign governments, supranational bodies, bilateral and multilateral agencies, Fortune 500 companies and others.
