O’ Melveny & Myers has promoted six lawyers to partner, effective January 1, 2013, including Wenseng “Wendy” Pan in the firm’s Shanghai office.
Pan is a member of the firm’s transactions department, where her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and technology-based transactions. She advises life sciences companies and technology companies on product and technology licensing, strategic partnerships, and joint venture formations, and research, product development, and commercialization collaborations.
She also has broad experience in both private and public mergers and acquisitions, including leveraged buyouts, stock and/or cash acquisitions, asset sales and acquisitions, mergers, tender offers, and going private transactions.
