Morgan Lewis has voted to admit 227 partners from Bingham McCutchen as partners in the firm, effectively taking over the Boston-based Bingham. Since the admission of the Bingham partners in late November, Morgan Lewis is comprised of nearly 2,000 lawyers and serve clients via 28 ofices in the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, with an enhanced presence along the East and West coasts of the United States. Morgan Lewis is expected to gain an ofice in Hong Kong, where Bingham operated. Both firms have offices in Beijing and Tokyo.
