Melody Chan has been promoted to local partner at White & Case in Hong Kong, where she is in the firm’s dispute resolution practice. Her practice focuses on cross-border arbitration and multi-jurisdictional litigation. She advises on disputes in the technology, inancial services, oil and gas and power sectors, and recently represented a large social media company in seeking injunctive relief and damages for unlawful interference and harassment arising from unauthorized, illegitimate and wrongful use of its website and system by a Hong Kong-based online game company.
