Marks & Clerk Promotes Steven Fung To Partner

Marks & Clerk has promoted associate Steven Fung to partner in its Hong Kong office. Fung is a registered patent attorney in Australia and New Zealand. He specializes in computer systems, software, electrical transmission and telecommunication technologies. After studying at the University of New South Wales, Australia, he began his technical career as an engineer with a large US computer company and subsequently worked as a patent examiner with the Australian Patent Office.
