Marks & Clerk Appoints Virginia Beniac-Brooks As New Partner

Marks & Clerk Australia, part of the global firm of patent and trademark attorneys Marks & Clerk, has appointed Virginia Beniac-Brooks as a new partner. She becomes the fourth partner in the firm’s Melbourne office, following the appointment of Matt Pini earlier this year.
Beniac-Brooks specializes in biochemistry and both prosecution and litigation of patents and trademarks. She is a Registered Australian and New Zealand Patent & Trade Mark Attorney and a Fellow of the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia. Part of the Marks & Clerk Asia network, Marks & Clerk Australia opened in Melbourne in 2011.
