Mai Lin joins SIPS

Mai Lin has joined SIPS as a senior associate, effective June 1, 2021.
Lin has more than 14 years’ experience in advising multinationals on a broad range of intellectual property issues in China, including trademark portfolio management, IP enforcement and commercial IP matters, including licensing and related IT matters.
Over the course of her career, Lin has worked with major international law firms in Shanghai and Hong Kong. She completed her undergraduate studies at Yale University and obtained her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
