Luke Minford Named Chief Executive At Rouse
Former China-based IP lawyer Luke Minford has been named chief executive at Rouse effective May 1, 2013. He will be based in London, where he will replace Rupert Ross-Macdonald, who will move to the role of chairman.

Minford will be supported by Nick Redfearn, who has been promoted from his current role leading Rouse’s Indonesia office to the firm’s new deputy chief executive. Minford spent the past six years based in China, while Redfearn has worked to establish the firm’s presences in Thailand and the Philippines, as well as performing key roles in its Vietnam, Dubai and China offices.
