Lisa Yano Has Joined TMI Associates As Partner

Lisa Yano has joined TMI Associates as a partner. Yano, a US-qualified lawyer who has nearly 30 years’ experience in Japan, joined from Hogan Lovells. Her practice supports both Japanese and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate and employment matters, licensing and other technology transactions and internal investigations. Yano’s background enables her to provide effective, practical advice to U.S. and other international clients regarding their activities in Japan. Her extensive experience advising clients in the TMT, life sciences, energy, media/entertainment/ sports and consumer sectors has given her an especially deep understanding of these industries.
