Kenji Tosaki Promoted To Partner At Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu

Kenji Tosaki, a former judge of the Tokyo District Court’s intellectual property division and the Takamatsu District Court, as well as a former deputy director of Japan’s Financial Services Agency, has been promoted to partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu in Tokyo. Tosaki’s practice includes dispute resolution; IP, IT and entertainment law; IP transactions; and IP litigation. He is based in Tokyo.
