Karen Law Joins Troutman Sanders

Karen Law has joined the intellectual property practice of international law firm Troutman Sanders, the firm recently announced. Law, who will be based in Hong Kong, joined the firm from the Hong Kong office of So Keung Yip & Sin, where she had practiced in the IP group since 2001.Law’s practice focuses on advising on IP matters in Hong Kong, China and regionally, including registration of trademarks, domain names, designs and patents; trademark opposition, revocation, restoration and rectification proceedings; domain name disputes; anti-counterfeiting enforcement and customs actions; assignment and licensing of IP rights; and IP litigation.
