John Fuisz has joined the Washington office of Vinson & Elkins as a partner in its global IP team. Fuisz specializes in patent licensing and litigation, while also advising on patent and technology asset creation, use and management. Most recently, he helmed Fuisz Chen with Jennifer Chen, who has also joined Vinson & Elkins. Fuisz represents companies in multi-jurisdictional patent litigation and technology-related disputes before district courts, the International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
