Jaya Kumar named regional practice group manager at DFDL

Jaya Kumar has been named regional practice group manager at DFDL in Bangkok. She was previously associate general manager at J. Sagar Associates in Mumbai.
In her new role, Kumar will be responsible for DFDL’s practice groups, including M&A, banking and finance, technology, dispute resolution, labour and employment, restructuring and insolvency, and tax.
Kumar has more than 14 years of experience in strategic business planning, client outreach, integrated marketing, business development, account management and market research. She has authored articles on branding, business and women’s empowerment. She holds an LLB from the University of Mumbai. She is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra.
