Jason Chu Joins KCP

Jason Chu has joined KCP (Cambodia) , the Phnom Penh office of the regional Kelvin Chia Partnership. Chu practiced law as a PRC lawyer in Shanghai and Tokyo, mainly dealing with China-related crossborder transactions. He has a diverse range of practice experience covering different types of business transactions including cross-border mergers, joint ventures, FDI, online transaction processes, and franchise and licensing business. He also specializes in intellectual property infringement litigation as well as patent and trademark validity disputes in China.
