Hau Nguyen promoted at Schmitt & Orlov

Hau Nguyen has been promoted to the role of deputy director for Southeast Asia at Schmitt & Orlov, where she will work directly with Daniel Greif, the firm’s director for Southeast Asia.
Nguyen, who is based in Ho Chi Minh City, has more than nine years of experiences as an IP attorney and attorney at law. She handles Southeast Asia prosecution work and focuses on managing IP portfolios; trademark, design prosecution and renewals; trademark infringement, cancellations and opposition; drafting assignments, letter of consent and licence agreements for local and international clients. In addition, as a Vietnam country manager, she supervises the firm’s operations in that country.
Nguyen joined S&O more than five years ago, and has played a key role during the firm’s expansion of its Southeast Asia offices.
