Hans Lee Leads FitzGerald Lawyers' IP Practice

Hans Lee, a chartered patent attorney (UK) and qualified lawyer, has joined Hong Kong-based international law firm FitzGerald Lawyers, where he will lead the IP practice. Lee works extensively in patents, trademarks, copyright, designs and trade secrets. He has particular experience in telecommunications, semiconductors, electronic devices, power tools, biotechnology, anti-counterfeiting technology and software. He was previously a partner in the intellectual property practice at Nixon Peabody CWL and a member of the patent team at Bird & Bird Hong Kong.
