Fumiyo Doi, an attorney admitted in Japan, joined Atsumi & Sakai in Tokyo as a partner. Doi’s practice is broad, and includes matters such as fintech; IT, telecommunications and radio; data protection and cybersecurity; pharmaceuticals; medical IP and licensing; IP transactions; IT systems and services; privacy and big data; and others.
Before joining Atsumi & Sakai, Doi worked with GE Healthcare, where she held an in-house role; previously, she held a different in-house role at Amazon Japan. She began her career at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu.
