D.P.S. Parmar Joins LexOrbis

D.P.S. Parmar has joined LexOrbis in New Delhi. Parmar has worked with the Indian Patent Office and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB) as a technical member for 27 years. At LexOrbis, he will guide a team of patent agents and lawyers on strategies, arguments and documentations for the handling of preand post-grant oppositions. He will also work with the firm’s patent prosecution practice.
