DLA Piper Has Appointed Amanda Turnill As Partner
12 October 2012

DLA Piper has appointed life sciences and pharmaceuticals lawyer Amanda Turnill as a partner in its Sydney office. She joins the litigation and regulatory practice from Clayton Utz and is establishing a team of experienced lawyers to support her practice, the firm says. Prior to joining Clayton Utz, she was a partner at Lovells (now Hogan Lovells) in London, having practised there for more than a decade.
Turnill specializes in pharmaceutical regulation; the defence of product liability claims and group and class actions; and advising on product risk, insurance and safety issues. She has handled a wide range of complex, high profile and sensitive litigious and regulatory matters for Australian, British, American, Japanese and other international corporate clients and insurers.
