Connell O’Neill joins Gibson Dunn in Hong Kong

Connell O’Neill has joined Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher as a partner in the firm’s Hong Kong office. O’Neill, formerly with Allen & Overy, will continue his technology transactions and privacy practice with Gibson Dunn.
O’Neill focuses on corporate transactions in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors, including fintech, ecommerce, technology infrastructure, and consumer technologies. He has extensive experience with data privacy and cybersecurity counseling, data-driven transactions, technology transactions and outsourcing, tech sector-focused M&A and growth capital, and telecommunications infrastructure.
