Bruce Chapman Joins Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton As Partner

Bruce Chapman has joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as a partner in the firm’s 70-attorney intellectual property practice group, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Chapman joins from Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz in Los Angeles. Earlier this year, Sheppard Mullin added two IP litigation partners, Ed Anderson in Palo Alto and Jill Pietrini in Century City.

Chapman’s practice focuses on patent litigation and he also represents clients in trademark, copyright, trade secret, antitrust and other intellectual property related litigation. His litigation experience includes representing companies advanced technologies such as medical devices, electronics, software, biotechnology and telecommunications. Chapman has represented clients in more than 50 litigations and appeals, serving as lead trial counsel in more than a dozen cases.
