Bharucha & Partners Merges With Arthe Law

Bharucha & Partners, a full-service law firm headquartered in Mumbai, and Arthe Law, a Delhi-based multi-specialty law firm, have announced the merger of their practices with effect from the November 1 under the brand of Bharucha & Partners. The merged firm now offers expertise across practice areas including M&A, competition law, PE, banking and finance, capital markets, intellectual property, TMT, employment, infrastructure, general corporate advisory, corporate and commercial litigation, regulatory litigation, white collar crime, legal audit, sports, energy, media, and space law. Bharucha & Partners, which already has an office in Delhi, will move to Arthe’s office there, which will house about 30 lawyers, including six partners. Arthe’s Mumbai office will move to the South Mumbai offices of Bharucha & Partners, while also retaining their office in Andheri to be able to service media clients. The Mumbai offices will have a combined strength of about 50 lawyers, taking the total strength of the firm to around 80 lawyers.
