Andrea Fong Reappointed As Member Of Investigation Panel

Andrea Fong, partner and head of the intellectual property practice at Wilkinson & Grist, has been reappointed by the Hong Kong Secretary of Financial Services and the Treasury as a member of the Investigation Panel A and, concurrently, the alternate of the Investigation Committee Convenor, of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants for a term of one year. The investigation panel is vested with statutory powers to investigate any irregularily concerning a certified public accountant or registered practice unit.
