Overview

Over the years, we have developed substantial experience in Indonesia and a significant understanding of its complex business, legal and regulatory environment. In 2012, we established our office in Jakarta through an exclusive collaborative relationship with Martia & Anggraini Partnership (MAP) – whose office now directly provides proactive on-the-ground services to clients on all matters involving Indonesian laws, as well as cross-border transactions involving Indonesia.

Given the experience and practice background of MAP and the regional expertise and reach of Kelvin Chia Partnership, the Indonesia Practice Group (KC Partnership-MAP) is well-positioned to assist clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters and transactions relating to Indonesia.
