Pericles Casuela Joined IP-focused Manila law firm Betita Sarmiento

Pericles Casuela has joined IP-focused Manila law firm Betita Sarmiento, where he advises on regulatory issues affecting information technology and telecommunications projects such as those relating to the licensing of telecommunications and VAS services, satellite communications and managed network services. He also advises on intellectual property and regulatory issues on the delivery of multimedia content through enhanced telecommunications services, information technology outsourcing and turnkey contracts. Casuela, who was recently with Baker & McKenzie’s Manila member firm Quisumbing Torres, joins several other former Baker & McKenzie lawyers at the firm, including Andre Betita, John Cabilao and Joseph Sarmiento.
