Pham & Associates law LLC. , formerly known as Pham & Associates Law Office, is set up by its founder, Pham Vu Khanh Toan, in 1991. Drawing from its experience of more than 30 years, Pham & Associates has established itself to be one of the largest and most prestigious intellectual property (IP) law firms in Vietnam. With a full-time staff of 120 persons, including 14 lawyers at law, 34 IP attorneys, and 28 consultants the firm provides professional services in all areas of IP, from patents, trademarks, designs, trade secrets, geographical indications, plant varieties, copyright protection to enforcement and IP transactions. By far, the firm is not only the one who files most applications in Vietnam but also is very experienced in filing and pursuing appeals, oppositions and invalidations at the Vietnam IP Office, suing in court to resolve IP disputes or negotiating to reach out-of-court agreements. To date (2022), Pham & Associates has filed and pursued over 30,000 trademarks, 18,000 patents and 6,000 industrial designs for 2,000 clients in 40 countries. The firm regularly handles significant number of PCT applications filed for national stage entry and International trademark registrations via Madrid System every year.
