Overview

Mr. Yang is the Head of Kim & Chang's Intellectual Property
Practice, and he also heads the firm's Entertainment
Group. He has over 40 years of experience in all areas
of intellectual property including patents, trademarks,
designs, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Mr. Yang has extensive experience in litigation, enforcement
and dispute resolution involving high profile intellectual
property disputes, foreign and domestic customs
seizures, and international and domestic licensing and
distribution disputes. He also has extensive experience
in all areas of Entertainment law including entertainment
licensing and entertainment related copyright issues,
as well as IP transactions such as technology licensing
and other intellectual property licensing, franchising, and
intellectual property due diligence.
